At the FLVS quarterly board meeting, Chief Financial Officer Judith Marte presented the district's quarterly financial report and highlighted year-over-year revenue growth and enterprise-fund performance.
Marte said annual revenues rose from $358,500,000 to $398,600,000 year over year, driven in part by increased FEFP funding per FTE and additional course completions. She reported enterprise revenues grew from $56,300,000 in 2025 to $67,500,000 in 2026, noting a $6,800,000 increase attributable to the Florida Scholars Academy and other enterprise revenue sources. Marte also said enterprise net operating profit is expected to be $12,500,000 at year end and described transfers out of $10,300,000 for course development and operating costs.
"Revenues at fiscal year end increased from 358,500,000 in the prior year to 398,600,000 in the current year," Marte said. She added that increased FEFP funding per FTE and additional completions contributed to the rise.
Trustees asked clarifying questions about slides and figures during the presentation; the CFO acknowledged a slide lag during the livestream but provided the numerical details on the record. The financial presentation preceded several budget-amendment votes later in the meeting.
