Mayor Hankey nominates council and P&Z members to Harwood Board of Adjustments; council approves

Mayor Blake Hankey opened a special Harwood City Council meeting by Zoom at 12:00 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2026, and nominated Chris Higgins, Jamie Nettum and Dick Sundberg from the council and Stremick and Chayla Hansen from the Planning & Zoning commission to the Board of Adjustments. Roll call showed Higgins and Chris Fix attending by Zoom; Sundberg and City Auditor Chayla Hansen were in the office; Jamie Nettum was absent. City Attorney Sarah Wear attended via Zoom.

Chris Higgins moved to approve the mayor's nominations; Dick Sundberg seconded. The minutes record that the council voted "aye" and that the motion carried.
