$42,080 engineering grant approved for Brook Culver project; Otter Creek to start work

Select Board members were informed that the Brook Culver engineering grant has been approved and that Otter Creek Engineering will begin the engineering work.

"Once the state agrees to spend that amount of money on an engineering grant, there's probably a pretty good chance that they will actually give us another grant to actually do the work," Jeff said, describing how engineering grants can position the town for future construction funding. The meeting record lists the grant amount as "$42,080.20." The board acknowledged the approval and noted the town will proceed with the next steps in engineering oversight.
