Chair reminds members to complete FOI training; IT and PA system updates discussed

The commission reviewed administrative items, including a reminder from the chair that members who missed an on‑site FOI (Freedom of Information) session should complete the online training link circulated by staff. Chair asked members to finish the training before the next meeting and to notify him when complete.

Members also discussed a proposed digital Wall of Honor display. One member said he had been working with a town IT contact (Drew Gill) about replacing the existing board with a flat‑panel display driven by Google Slides or a similar online presentation to allow remote updates; cost and whether the display hardware comes from the commission budget remain unresolved.
