Council welcomes new assistant building inspector Jim Fletcher

Council and staff introduced Jim Fletcher as the Community Development Department's new assistant building inspector. Staff said Fletcher and his wife relocated to Douglas from Red Lodge, Montana, and noted he enjoys outdoor recreation; Fletcher said, "Thanks for the opportunity and, I look forward to helping clear out in the planning and development department."

Council members welcomed him and encouraged him as he settles into the role; no formal action was required beyond the introduction.
