Board approves on-call professional services agreement with Crossroads Engineering

Staff described reinstating a previously used on-call professional services agreement with Crossroads Engineering so the district can request limited engineering work (for example, traffic-flow or sidewalk assessments) without initiating a full project proposal. Staff said this saves time for smaller tasks and gives the district the ability to call on the contractor when needed.

A motion to approve the agreement was moved and seconded and approved by voice vote. The staff noted examples under consideration include Union traffic-flow work and a potential sidewalk at Needham; staff will follow up with scope and engagement details.
