Finance committee elects chair, vice chair and clerk at October meeting

The Finance Committee conducted officer elections and approved routine minutes during its October meeting held over Zoom.

A member nominated Ryan for chair; the committee carried the nomination by voice vote with no recorded no votes. The body then considered vice chair nominations: Tom Sullivan and Jen (DeAngelo). After a roll‑call vote, the committee elected Jen DeAngelo as vice chair. A separate nomination for clerk was then moved and seconded, and Tom was confirmed as clerk. The committee also moved and approved the minutes from the June 3, 2026 meeting.

The elections were procedural and followed customary roll‑call and voice‑vote practice for the body. Committee members who participated in the roll calls recorded explicit yes/no answers when requested by the chair. The officers will preside over subsequent budget and policy reviews through the fall and winter schedule.
