DHHL tells beneficiaries to submit interest forms by Oct. 16 for November lease‑award meetings

DHHL staff emphasized a concrete next step for applicants: submit the online or paper green interest form by Oct. 16 to be invited to a November project-lease award meeting. Staff said the awards will be made in rank order based on original application date, not by lottery.

The meeting will include project selection, signing and notarization. "Applicants who submitted interested forms by the deadline of October 16th will be invited to attend the project lease awards meeting in November," a staff member said, adding that on awarding day attendees will meet notaries and complete successor designations if desired. DHHL staff advised applicants to bring required documents for the financial assessment and to update mailing addresses to avoid missing notices.
