Trust plans joint meetings with Housing Authority, HUD visit ahead of Oct. 29 session

Trust members discussed coordination with the Town Housing Authority and the Community Preservation Committee to prepare for forthcoming HUD and CPA engagement. The Housing Authority is meeting in early October and HUD representatives are scheduled to attend an October session; Trust members were invited to attend for in-person coordination.

A member outlined an Oct. 15 public meeting by the CPC to show a draft plan and application, and trustees recommended a joint THA–TAHT meeting on Oct. 29 at 6:00 p.m. to review RFP goals and how CPA funds could be applied to preserve affordability. The group agreed to invite housing authority representatives and to return with staff slides or a brief recap from Adam for the Oct. 29 meeting.

The Trust assigned outreach tasks (MHP and local community development contacts) to gather technical assistance and model approaches before drafting an RFP.
