Local program introduces AI and financial-literacy classes for students

A presenter described an AI class intended to give parents and children a deeper understanding of how artificial intelligence works and to discuss its potential impacts on future jobs. "We recognized is a lot of people do not understand what AI is," the presenter said, adding the course would address concerns about job loss and prepare students for the future.

The same presenter also said the organization will teach financial literacy so children learn basics of investments and personal finance. The programs were promoted as part of the township's after-school and enrichment offerings available for sign-up at the open house.
