Planning commission approves detailed site plan for Bayside Fire building in North Calvert Industrial Park

Staff noted several reductions granted administratively (side building setback reduced to 5 ft, side parking setback reduction, and a reduced rear landscape buffer to accommodate stormwater facilities) and two pending administrative variance requests that must be resolved and incorporated into the final plan. The project proposes private onsite water and sewer (well and septic), which Environmental Health must approve before building permits can be issued. DPW issued an adequate public facilities determination (project below 200 trips/day threshold).
