RMA reports Phase‑One analysis complete for proposed North Laredo TRZ; formal presentation to follow

Melissa Moto, representing the Web County/City of Laredo Regional Mobility Authority (RMA), provided a status update on the North Laredo Transportation Reinvestment Zone (TRZ) study requested by the committee. Moto said the analysis work is complete and staff will meet with City of Laredo personnel to refine proposed zone boundaries before returning to the policy committee and city council with a Phase‑One report for public review and action.

"Again analysis complete, we'll come to the city then we'll come to you and then we'll finalize that phase one report," Moto said during the briefing. The committee took no action at this meeting and members indicated they preferred a formal presentation at a future meeting once staff completes the internal review and boundary refinements.
