MERP grant work: town garage boiler installed; Town Hall windows received

Selectboard members received a brief status update on MERP grant projects at the Sept. 7 meeting. Linda Schmidt reported that the new boiler has been installed at the Town Garage and that the Town Hall windows have arrived; remaining work is awaiting contractor availability.

Linda said she had contacted contractor Tom Yandow for updates but had not heard back. No additional costs or scheduling commitments were adopted at the meeting; the Board will monitor contractor availability and next steps for completing the remaining work under the grant.
