Director asks whether adopted resolutions will be posted publicly; staff to check logistics

During director comments at the Sept. 24 meeting, Director Groman raised a transparency question about how the board will publish adopted resolutions. "Are we going to start putting resolutions on the hub? because it technically becomes a policy and if we just bury it in the minutes of the meeting, it no longer is readily available," Groman said.

Director Slumber acknowledged the point and turned to staff. He said they would consult with the executive assistant to "figure out the logistics of exactly how to get that done." No timeline or specific posting method was provided during the meeting; staff were asked to follow up.
