Manager reports meetings with Valley View Developers and EDC; administrative updates on EMMA and staffing

Township Manager Carolyn Hildebrand reported several development and administrative items to supervisors on Sept. 3. She said she and staff met with Valley View Developers — including Adam Johnson and later Mike Youndt — regarding a property in Reinholds, and that she met with John Biemiller from the EDC to discuss land zoned industrial/commercial in the township.

Hil debrand also reported administrative work: she and staff met with Wendy Stauffer about the Steinmetz Meeting House, have been working on several properties with issues, have processed paperwork for a new employee and continued training for a staff member named Marissa. Hildebrand said she has started submitting township financials on the EMMA website and that cell phones are being switched to AT&T.
