The selection review committee for the Lafayette Parish School System recommended JB Muton as the top-ranked proposer for the OOMO Workforce Innovation Academy Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) procurement, the Chair announced after staff compiled post-interview scores.
"According to our totals, the top rank proposal will be JB Muton with a total of 51 points," the Chair said when reading the compiled result. The committee's recommendation is subject to confirmation at the Lafayette Parish School Board meeting on Oct. 8.
Committee members provided ranked scores across four evaluation categories — project team and key personnel; schedule, phasing and risk; communication, collaboration and problem solving; and preconstruction constructability and delivery approach. Across those categories, committee members variously placed JB Muton and Le Moine in first and second positions; a third proposer (Rudik) was ranked third by the five panelists.
LPSS staff verified and compiled the submitted score sheets before the Chair announced the totals. The selection review committee's recommendation will be transmitted to the school board for final confirmation.
