Committee members submitted their post-interview score sheets one by one while the Chair read each member's rankings aloud across the four evaluation categories: project team and key personnel; schedule, phasing and risk; communication and collaboration; and preconstruction constructability and delivery.
Examples read into the record included Max Fonto's rankings (project team — first: JB Muton; schedule — first: Le Moine) and similar category-by-category rankings from Chad Ael, Sam Vtor, Kevin Gosson and Jimmy Riggs. Committee members were asked to confirm that the scores read aloud matched their sheets; several confirmed.
LPSS staff then verified and compiled all submitted sheets. The Chair asked staff (Jamie and Chrissy) to double-check the totals before announcing the compiled results to the panel. After verification, the Chair announced JB Muton as the top-ranked proposer with a total of 51 points; the committee's recommendation will go to the Lafayette Parish School Board for confirmation on Oct. 8.
