Commission adopts minutes with corrections

Commissioners reviewed the August 17 draft minutes, identified a misspelled name on the front page and corrected the record for who seconded a nomination. One member noted the nomination for Winnie Rutledge had been seconded by them, not Commissioner Wilmore, and the clerk agreed to correct the page notation.

After acknowledging the corrections, Commissioner Burton Bridal moved to adopt the minutes as corrected; the motion was seconded by Vice Chair Rutledge and approved by voice vote. No further edits were offered.
