Committee schedules follow-up to finalize packet for council; staff to circulate redraft

At the end of the meeting the Chair asked staff to produce a revised draft with photos and a short set of exhibits. Members discussed calendar constraints and tentatively agreed to meet in the first week of October or in late October/early November depending on availability. The Chair said she expects to have a draft ready for members to review within two weeks and scheduled a tentative working session for the 21st.

The committee emphasized they do not want to overload the public presentation with too many numbers but will have detailed tables ready for the council's question period or for councilors who request deeper information. Staff will circulate the redraft and confirm the next meeting date.
