Department introduces Emily Colbank as replacement; Justin Russell and Darren Rook named

During the meeting, staff introduced new and existing departmental personnel. "Guys, this is Emily Colbank. She is going to be my replacement," a staff member said, presenting Colbank to the group.

The speaker also identified Justin Russell as "the director of dees and many other things" and named Darren Rook as the DEES coordinator. The introductions were followed by brief comments and pleasantries; Colbank and others exchanged greetings and the meeting continued into routine operational reporting.

No formal personnel votes or employment actions were recorded in the meeting transcript; the remarks served to orient the group to staffing changes and points of contact.
