Camera and Teams issues delay start of public comment; meeting confirmed as recorded

Commissioners and staff experienced difficulties aligning two screens and getting the Teams feed to display properly at the start of the meeting, delaying the beginning of public comment. Staff member Emily and other staff worked through the configuration and at one point noted the feed showed "No signal," but once corrected the group confirmed the meeting was recording.

The chair indicated the camera could remain on for public comment and be turned off afterward; staff and commissioners emphasized the importance of keeping remote public comment capability available and said they would leave the feed on during the public comment window.
