Diamond Lake SD 76 appealed for parent volunteers to help run a student cafeteria taste-test of prospective menu items. "Necesitamos padres de familia que quieran ser voluntarios para un evento padrísimo," the presenter said, announcing the event will take place from 10:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The district framed the activity as a way for students to offer meaningful input on cafeteria offerings. No sign-up link or volunteer requirements (background checks, training) were given in the quick report; families were directed to the full weekly update for registration details.
