Diamond Lake School seeks parent volunteers for dumpling taste test

Diamond Lake School is planning a dumpling taste test as part of exploring a potential new lunch menu item, and the district asked for parent volunteers to help run the event. The presenter said, “DLS is hosting a dumpling taste test. They're exploring a potential new lunch menu item, which is pretty exciting. So if you have a little free time to help out between 10:45AM and 1PM, just reach out to the main office.”

The activity was presented as a hands‑on way to give students a voice in cafeteria choices. The presenter directed volunteers to contact the Diamond Lake School main office for shifts and details; the district did not provide a formal sign‑up link in the audio, but referred listeners to the written weekly update for complete event information.
