District administrators presented the annual Integrated Guidance (SIA) report required under statute, reviewing program outcomes, performance measures and implementation challenges.
"Outcome A was increase the sense of belonging and the social emotional wellness of students," the presenter said, describing interventions the district has funded: an emotional growth classroom (EGC), a high‑school life‑skills classroom, expanded electives and after‑school clubs, and adoption of the Devereaux Student Strengths Assessment (DESA) to guide targeted supports.
For graduation and completion (Outcome C), staff credited a 9th‑grade GOT team, alternative‑pathway options (including online courses and a hybrid model) and the district partnership with Willamette Career Academy, which allowed about 20 students to enroll in the 2025–26 school year. Administrators also identified MTSS implementation and chronic attendance as barriers and said they are preparing an attendance handbook to outline nonpunitive strategies to improve student attendance.
