At-a-glance: minutes approved, payroll warrant passed, board authorizes cooperative procurement

Several procedural items were handled during the meeting. A selectperson moved to accept the May 13, 2019 minutes as revised. Later, the board moved and seconded to approve town payroll warrant number 23 for $20,864.75 and the warrant was approved.

Trustees also agreed to participate in a cooperative purchasing program to seek pricing for a new fire truck and asked staff to return with paperwork showing vendor bids and procurement compliance. These actions were recorded during the regular meeting and staff will follow up with documentation for the next meeting.
