New Waste Management district manager offers services to Hobbs

A representative of Waste Management introduced himself to the commission and offered the company's services for the Hobbs area. The manager described his role as district manager at the local hauling location and said he looks forward to partnering with city officials "to find the best ways we can possibly service the community in a clean and efficient manner."

Commissioners exchanged contact information and asked that business cards be left with staff for follow up; no action or contract was taken at the meeting.
