Commissioners approve routine maintenance agreements and Penn State Shaver's Creek partnership

During the consent portion of the meeting commissioners approved a maintenance agreement for the fraternity office for $2,058.17 and a maintenance agreement for tax claims for $1,064.64, both noted as slight increases from 2026. The motions were made, seconded and passed by voice vote.

Commissioners also approved a recurring agreement with Penn State University's Shaver's Creek Environmental Center to provide Children and Youth Services programming under a state grant that funds the activity each year. The board treated these items as routine contractual continuations.
