Magnolia ISD honors two students of the month

The board recognized two students of the month from district campuses and invited family and staff to the meeting to honor them. A Magnolia Elementary staff presenter described Wesley Moret’s classroom conduct and community ties and said Wesley shared a simple message for the community: "God loves you." The board applauded and thanked Whataburger and H‑E‑B for supporting the recognition.

A separate presenter highlighted Andrew Oldham as the secondary student of the month for Magnolia High School, noting his athletic and extracurricular participation and college plans. The presenter described Andrew as a student leaders' exemplar and said teachers and coaches praised his work ethic; trustees congratulated both students and wished them well at upcoming school and athletic events.
