TRC schedules Oct. 1 special meeting and moves several items to later agendas

Committee members voted to schedule a short special TRC meeting on October 1 at 1:30 p.m. to allow staff to circulate an attorney opinion on stormwater and for the applicant to submit updated plans addressing forestry and landscape comments. "I'll make a motion to have a special TRC meeting October 1 at 01:30," a member said; the motion passed by voice vote.

The committee also moved to continue the 7‑Eleven site plan and the preliminary plat to the special meeting to allow staff time to review resubmitted exhibits. As a fallback, members approved continuing the item to the October 15 ERC meeting. Other procedural actions during the session included approval of August 20 minutes and forwarding a PD amendment and a downtown lift‑station project to later steps subject to staff comments.
