Suffield Board of Assessment Appeals approves March minutes; no appellants scheduled

The Town of Suffield Board of Assessment Appeals met Sept. 17, 2026, with members Krystal Holmes and Norman Noble present and Edward G. McAnaney absent. Ms. Holmes called the Regular Meeting to order at 6:07 p.m. and the two-member board approved minutes from its March 4 and March 5, 2026 meetings, recording 2-0 votes for each approval.

On the March 4 minutes, Norman Noble moved to approve the minutes as written and Ms. Holmes seconded; the board recorded, "All in favor; motion passed 2:0." On the March 5 minutes, Ms. Holmes moved to approve the minutes as written and Mr. Noble seconded; that motion also passed 2:0. The approvals bring the two sets of draft minutes onto the board record pending any future corrections formally raised at a subsequent meeting. The meeting record opens with the procedural note that "These minutes are not official until accepted at a subsequent meeting."
