Airport staff report hangar project on track as site work finishes

Staff updated the board that site work for multiple hangar projects at ARW is finishing and that contractor procurement and building design are progressing.

John said paving is complete and final site cleanup and landscaping is underway. Brandon added that the Transit hangar, the 8-bay T hangar and a small box hangar were bid as separate projects but were awarded to the same contractor, Edison Ford; Wilson Group will continue as architect and metal buildings are being purchased.

Staff said the hangars remain in design while the site work completes and that the overall program is on track. The board offered no formal action and accepted the update.
