Council signs LGIP documents, approves wastewater draft and routine agreements

Mayor Andrea Combs read routine administrative items aloud while staff presented documents for signatures and final drafts. Council signed LGIP documents that had been previously approved, and Mayor Combs and City Manager Josh Walker executed the signatures on behalf of the city. Walker said HECO Engineering’s final wastewater draft had been adjusted to remove a requirement for an out-of-area project overseer to avoid delay; the council approved signing that draft so project work could proceed.

Council also signed pasture and lease agreements that had been approved at a prior meeting and authorized payment of the monthly bills after a motion by Councilor Sue Holliday (seconded by Councilor Brad Smith). The meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
