Calumet County VSC defers full review of client satisfaction survey to October meeting

Commission members briefly reviewed a client satisfaction survey summary that included totals and specific suggestions about veterans' perceptions of the Veterans Service Office. Members took copies of the report for further individual review and, by consensus, asked staff to place a full discussion with recommendations and potential revised survey questions on the Oct. 21 agenda.

CVSO Michelle Wynveen said detailed questions, recommendations and any suggested changes will be brought to the next meeting after members have had time to review the material. No formal vote was recorded to take immediate action; the Commission deferred substantive discussion to the scheduled Oct. 21 meeting.
