Staff reports: Lucchese skate park progressing, senior center parking lot to start work

Director Drew Halter and staff gave project updates: the Lucchese skate park is moving quickly and the contractor will begin shotcrete work the following week, with a tentative completion window of early to mid-January. Halter asked commissioners to visit the site and said the city will share progress photos.

Staff also reported the senior center parking lot reconstruction will kick off at the end of the month, and maintenance crews are addressing irrigation breaks, trimming canopies and preparing drains for the El NiF1o season. Jen Santos noted another Eagle Scout project is underway at McDowell Park and that staff added seasonal and two full-time maintenance positions with Measure M support.
