Upper Arlington planning board approves consent agenda including multiple variances

The City of Upper Arlington Board of Zoning and Planning approved its consent agenda on Sept. 16, 2026, adopting meeting minutes and granting several variances submitted as consent items.

Items approved on the consent agenda included variances for 1858 Bedford Road; 2500 Lane Road (application 54‑26, with a required parcel combination by Nov. 1, 2026); 2705 Kent Road (56‑26); 1768 Bedford Road (58‑26); and 1934 Bedford Road (59‑26) with staff‑recommended findings and conditions. The board discussed and then approved the package by voice vote; the chair announced the motion carried.

One property, 1501 Bridgerton Drive (60‑26), was removed from the consent agenda for additional screening discussion and was considered separately later in the meeting.
