Board moves to adjourn after reading returns; voice vote recorded

Following completion of the precinct and absentee readings, a staff member moved to adjourn and another staff member seconded the motion. The chair called for a voice vote and recorded the result: staff members and the chair answered in the affirmative and the meeting was closed.

A staff member opened the motion: "Motion to adjourn." Another staff member said, "2nd." The chair then called for the vote: "All in favor signify by aye," and recorded several "Aye" responses before announcing, "We are adjourned."
